Removing Featured Videos Deletes Thumbnails

Hi there. This may be a small bug. I’ve noticed that if two or more posts share the same featured video and you remove one of them. The other post’s video thumbnail is deleted. Resaving the other post brings them back. Would like to see a remove button with maybe a popup option to delete thumbnails from media library or keep them. Or, change the thumbnail filename for duplicate featured videos. For now I’ll just be mindful to resave the other posts. Thanks for an awesome plugin! Jim
