I am so new to wordpress it's not even funny. I feel like an idiot for posting this but I need help! If you to http://www.therealityofshortsales.com you will see "who am I" in the menu section on the top of the website and on the bottom. I want to remove the bottom one (i have no idea how it got there) without going into the code. It was never there before and I am sure I screwed around with something i wasn't supposed to. Also, while I am at it how do you make the "who I am" part of the menu larger and more bold? Thanks so much!!!

Looks like your theme is designed to show the same navigation menu on the top of bottom of all pages on the site. There's no way you can change this without going onto the theme's templates and making changes.

Not suite sure that the "who am I" link is supposed to refer to but, like your single post link, it looks terribly malformed. I would strongly advise you to reset your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings -> Permalinks, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

how do you make the "who I am" part of the menu larger and more bold?

    By editing your theme's CSS/stylesheet
