   Hi, Using Koi theme which I really like but it is showing menu at top of site and also along side. How can I have it so it just shows along top?
   Don't really need right column at all.
   Also how may I have it so there's a picture showing along top or side all the time right after Title or right below menu?

   You should be able to control the sidebar with widgets (dashboard -> appearance -> widgets ), just remove menu widget. You can install image widget plugin to upload images to your sidebar. It's hard to say without URL
