    How can one remove the dead space in the Mystique theme above and below the logo? In other words, how do I remove the space between the logo and the top, and remove the space between the logo and the menu?

    How can one remove the RSS and Twitter icons?

    To remove the header space:
    #site-title{padding:0em 0 0.0em 0;}

    To hide icons from the top:
    #header a.rss {display:none;}
    #header a.twitter {display:none;}

    Add this css in > Mystique settings > User css.

    Duca - This was very helpful. Now how do I move up my main content window so it's right below the nav bar? :)

    I tried that - it didn't do anything. Am I supposed to edit the following in style.css ?

    @media print {
    body{background:white;color:black;font-size:10pt}
    .header-wrapper{display:none;}
    .shadow-left.main-wrapper,.main-wrapper .shadow-right,#main,#main-inside{background:none;}
    #main{background-color:#fff;}
    .page-content{width:100% !important;max-width:none !important;min-width:0 !important;}
    #footer-blocks .leftFade,#footer-blocks .rightFade{display:none;}
    }

    I used:
    #site-title{padding:0em 0 0.0em 0;}

    This reduced the padding between the logo and the menu, but did not eliminate it. How can the remaining padding be removed? My site is http://www.dermatologistsandiego.net.

    @skinmarketing, use this css:

    #site-title #logo {
    line-height : 0;
    }
