   I found some posts on removing post info (date & time) on Pages but they all require you to access page.php in the theme editor.

   The theme I'm using does not display a page.php in the editor. But I still want to remove the post info. How can I do this?

   Instead of the theme editor you should check the template files in your theme via FTP and if there is no page.php - create one. Save your index.php as page.php and edit it. Then upload.
