Hi, I'm using the vita 1.6 theme and can't seem to remove the pre-set text from my sidebar (About with Latin blurb). The widget area doesn't show it so I'm not sure how to get rid of it.
Can someone please tell me how to remove it from my site? URL: http://allthingscuisine.com/
I've seen this problem posted before but no real solution that I can use.

Have you tried looking in your theme's sidebar.php template file?

What is that?? And where do I find it??
It's the template file that controls your sidebar. You can find in your theme's folder within wp-content/themes. You can also edit/view it via Appearance->Editor.
