   Hi, I am not sure if I am explaining this correctly, so please bear with me.

   I have my main website at domain.com running Joomla and I want to install WordPress multi on a subdomain called blogs.domain.com and give users the ability to create their blogs. However, I do not want the end addresses to be blogname.blogs.domain.com. Is there anyway to make it just blogname.domain.com?

   I hope I explained that right.

   Nope. You need to have multisite installed in the root of where you want the addresses formed.

   Technically you could map those subdomains, but really - you do not want to be doing that for ever single user. manually.
