Removing a parent page slug from permalink (3 posts)

    For example,
    - Parent
    --- Child1
    ------ Grandchild1
    ------ Grandchild2
    ------ Grandchild3
    --- Child2
    ------ Grandchild1
    ------ Grandchild2
    ------ Grandchild3

So, I may end up with myblog.com/parent/child-1/grandchild-3/

    Instead, I want myblog.com/child-1/grandchild-3/

I need that parent page for the page grouping, but I don't want it to appear in the URL or in the redirection. Any hints?

Looking for something similar and there seems to be nothing out there.
    I did find a plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/custom-permalinks/
but with it you must manually edit each page. There should really be an option for removing each level of parent from the permalink structure.
