I have used custom field templates for my blog. I have created only one template for more fields. Now i get an option to select template with a Load button even though I have only one template.
How do I remove/hide the load button.

I would like to know this also:
is there an option or a filter to hide the load button?
for now I added this in admin css, which works (WP3.0)
#cft_selectbox {display:none;}
