Removed 'tags' and 'related posts' section

Hi there,

If you look at this blog post example you’ll see I have a ‘tags’ and a ‘related posts’ area to the left of the article.

I would like to remove both of these and instead just keep the social media icons (which I expect will move to the top).

Where do I make this change? I looked in single post php but couldn’t find it.
