Remove/Change Permalink?

    I wrote a post a while ago – lets call it “my-post”.

    I recently edited it, and renamed the permalink to “completely-different”.

    Now, I want to write a new post, and make the permalink “my-post”. But, the system will only allow me to create “my-post-2”. Now, “my-post” forwards me to “completely-different”.

    My question:
    Is there any way I can remove the forwarding of “my-post” and apply it to my new post?

    Hopefully this makes sense…?
