    HI!

    I have used css to replace the 'search' button with my own image, but in wordpress the word 'Search' still appears over my image, how do I remove this word (I can see it is pulled from value in my searchform.php, but if i remove the text then my image doesnt show)

    here is code in searchform.php
    <form role="search" method="get" id="searchform" action="<?php echo home_url( '/' ); ?>">
    <table class="searchform" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
    <tr>
    <td class="searchfield">
    <input type="text" class="text inputblur" value="" name="s" />
    </td>
    <td class="searchbutton">
    <input name="submit" value="Search" type="image" src="assets/SearchBtn.gif" />
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </form>

    and css...

    .searchbutton{
    background-image:url(assets/SearchBtn.gif);
    background-repeat:no-repeat;
    background-position:left;
    width:21px;
    height:23px;
    }

    PLEASE HELP!
