    I am trying to remove the padding in the widget area on the right side of my site. I am using the canvas theme and can not find a way to make the widgets, pictures and information on the widget sidebar to be tighter. Help? Simple and easy would be perfect... a newbie to all this techy code. thanks!

    What have WooThemes said about this?

    I have looked at several of the posts, but none have either worked or they apply to different themes. I am stumped and have been playing around with it for about forever.

    WooThemes handle CSS modifications in a particular way, are you aware of this method? Some sort of Custom CSS that they provide in the dashboard? If you're using a "Custom CSS Manager" plugin instead then that may be the reason why your CSS modifications are not working.

    No, I don't think I am using a 'custom css' plugin. I have tried to import the code:

    .Post {
    margin-right: 0;
    }

    I pasted the above content into Appearance, Edit CSS, which I know it the editor style sheet.

    At one point, I also tried pasting the code:
    .widget h3 {
    border-bottom: 0 solid #E6E6E6 !important;
    padding-bottom: 0 !important;
    }
    But, it gave me all these warnings about using the word 'important'.

    Sorry to be so obnoxious... I just feel like it shouldn't be so hard to customize such an easy request. I must be missing something!
