• Hi there,

    I have a feature request.

Instead of warning the user (especially on WPMU sites) that WP Statistics (And GeoIP) isn’t enabled, could you please consider this warning to be only posted in the “wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-statistics/wp-statistics.php” page?

Every time I open a new blog on my multi-site network I get the feeling that the world is going to collapse thanks to the warnings.

    Thanks!

It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while. There will be a change in the next release one way or the other.

Ok, the next release will make two changes:

    – The messages will now be warnings instead of errors and have slightly different working to be less ‘scary’.
    – The messages will only be displayed in the WP Statistics pages (including the overview and other pages).

Sounds great! Will re-install the plugin once it’s updated!

    Thanks 😀
