Remove Title in widget mode

Hi my test website is: http://192.185.25.23/~mvgvnlk/ Move to footer you will see google map widget at the bottom. I do not write anything for Title section but widget keeps its margin from the top of widget. I think when there is no title widget should go up around 27px. I could not find the place to correct this on css etc. Thanks
