remove text under topic in single view & pingback problem

I have a problem with the following text which is automaticly added under every post in my blog:

“This entry was posted on Donnerstag, August 9th, 2007 at 11:40 and is filed under Eindrücke. You can follow any responses to this entry through the RSS 2.0 feed. You can leave a response, or trackback from your own site. Edit this entry.”

I want to remove this text and only have some links in the following way under my text

posttext
space
Link1 / Link2 / Link3 /…

Can anybody tell me where to change and how to change this?

Another problem is, that this text is included in the pingback comments. How can i exclude this text from the pingbacks?
