   Hello all.

   I have removed certain categories from my RSS feed but CAT 1 is a sticky post and refuses to budge. This is how I have edited my feed.

   http://hmwebsolutions.com/blog/feed?cat=-1,-5,-7,-6,

   Any ideas how I can remove CAT 1?

   Try this plugin... I think this is what did it more me in the end. Once the cache had been emptied.
