Remove specific text from all articles

Hello everyone. I’m running an autoblog with videos, and I’m importing the description too.
The thing i need is to remove all the links and text-links from all the articles after they were imported.
To remove the links, i used a plugin to do that but now all the articles have something like “http://www….. ” and i want to remove that text.

Is there any way to do that from PhpMyAdmin ? To search for a string like “http://xxxxxxxxxxx” and remove it from all articles?
