Remove Space Between NavBar and Header Banner – Twentyten

I used a Flash(.swf) banner in the header of my twentyten theme banner.

I achieved this by using the “Kimili Flash Embed” shortcode in the Header.php file under elseif ( get_header_image() ) : ?>

This has now created an unwanted space between the Flash banner and the Navigation and i want to remove that space that has been created.
