[resolved] Remove space above header - padding already at 0px (5 posts)

I know this question has been asked a thousand times before, but I've tried various solutions that were suggested to other people, and nothing seems to work.

I want to remove the space above the header image on the following site: http://gsaed.ca/conference2013/. Now, padding is already at 0px, and I've tried editing several values, as suggested elsewhere, in the style sheet without success.

    Thoughts? Thanks!

Use a browser developer tool for these kinds of exploratory CSS queries.
I used Google Chrome's developer tool and found the culprit CSS (highlighted right of screenshot) [screenshot].

Do you have a section in the dashboard to add custom CSS?

Thanks for the tip about the developer tool. I'm still everything here and there.

I do have a section to add custom CSS, but every snippet I've tried entering hasn't worked.
