    Great plugin.

How do I remove the search form entirely from the admin bar?

    And...

Is is possible to change the background color of the admin bar itself (for both logged-in and logged-out users)?

"Search Field" is one of the Default Menu Items, disable it to remove the search form.

Background colour can be changed via CSS.

hi! not to proficient with CSS and which parameters to look for. I'm in the backend now, but no telling which one changes the entire bar color, not just when it's hovered over. I am a newb!

    hey guys,
some good advice in finding how to change things in your wordpress themes.

When you are on your website, just right click on any part of the website you would like to modify and select inspect element ( if you are using firefox ) chrome should have something similar. Once the bottom box shows up, all the way on the right side click Style. Once that opens it will show you all the css thats loaded. Hover your mouse of some fields, uncheck them, modify them and if the COLOR of your ADMIN BAR CHANGES, then thats the part you need to change. It also gives you some info on what line in the CSS it is. Play around with it and you will get use to it. And dont worry. When you are playing with the inspect tool, unchecking things, deleting them, it will not delete it FOR REAL. just in that session. Have fun.

    Hope that makes some sense.
