   Can anyone tell me how to remove the Reply/Comment area from the home page on my website? I am not interested in a blog at this time. My site is a work-in-progress, so forgive the way it looks.

   Have a look at creating a static front page.

   I have my home page as a static page. I changed the Blog Pages and Feeds to zero and it changed it back to 1 automatically. The article u sent talked about templates. Maybe that is what i need to do but i am a mere beginner. The theme I am using is Suffusion. Maybe it doesn't play well with a static home page???

   Figured it out. The article mentioned 2 Home pages and that was the key to my problem. Thanks esmi!!
