   I'm looking for a way to remove the text 'Price:' on my products. I insert [add_to_cart item="item" ] and the Price: text automatically shows up. I would like just the $x.xx to show up without Price: $x.xx

   Is there a way to remove showing 'Price:' on the cart66?

   select it when choosing your product.

   or just add the showprice="only" to your add_to_cart.

   i.e. [add_to_cart item="item" showprice="only"]
