• I think this has been covered, but I did a search and couldn’t find a clear answer. So I’m back for help.

I currently have a CQS set up to display 30 posts, with oldest time stamp first and descending to most recent time stamp.

I’d like to modify this so that the oldest time stamped post (the one at the top of page) is automatically removed from the page (but not deleted) 4 hours (or so) after the time stamp.

Is there a way to easily do this with the CQS plugin, or do I need to add a Loop query? And if so, what would it be?

Thanks again. This forum is the best. Roy

Still trying to figure this out. CQS doesn’t seem to have enought parameters (unless I’m missing something) but there’s gotta be a way to do this.

I’m still at a loss on how to accomplish this. So far my efforts have been in vain. SOS 🙂

OK, I actually found a plug-in that will do pretty much what I want:

The Post Expire plug-in allows me to easily select a year/month/day for the post to expire from the home page. It doesn’t have an exact time code feature, but it’s close enough for now!

This totally works if you want to expire the post from the entire blog. I would like to be able to just hide it on the index. If you were to click on a cat page, it should show up then.

    Any Ideas???

    thanks
