Remove page navigation Menu

Hallo everybody.

I have just installed Page Navi Automatic and now i woluld like to remove the native page navigation menu.

How I do that, without having any problems?

Should I remove
<?php if(function_exists(‘themify_pagenav’)){ ?>
<?php themify_pagenav(); ?>

or just adding <!– at the beginning and –> at the end, turning the function in a comment, it would work?
