   Is it possible to change the permalink for navigation (older posts, newer posts)?

   Currently it's:
   http://www.mysite.com/page/2/
   http://www.mysite.com/page/3/

   http://www.mysite.com/mycategory/page/2/
   http://www.mysite.com/mycategory/page/3/
   etc.

   I'd like it to be:
   http://www.mysite.com/2/
   http://www.mysite.com/3/

   http://www.mysite.com/mycategory/2/
   http://www.mysite.com/mycategory/3/
