   I just wonder if I can remove folder names or not.

   such as wp-content, theme..etc

   If anyone knows, please let me know (blog url or any url)

   You kind of can reference other names for wp-content via wp-config.php by changing a defined constant. See this for more info.

   Before you do this, can I talk you out of it? There are some valid use cases for doing this but I have a feeling your not doing it for some other reason...
