So this is really frustrating me. I’m adding a new page and I don’t want the page added on the home page. I just want to add the url link within another page on my blog.

I’ve done this before on a previous wordpress blog and I’m doing it the same as before but no matter what it still includes my “new page” link at the top of my home page.

I’ve set the parent page for this “new page” as another page and not my main page. It still doesn’t work and shows up on my home page. I have no clue how to get rid of the link to this page on my home page.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

It’s probably a theme issue. I relate totally to your frustration, as I have the same issue with the theme I’m using, which is Motion. There are some themes that provide you with the ability to indicate exactly which ‘pages’ you do, or do not want to show.

If you post your link here, it may be of help to identify how your template is coded, if that is the cause of your issue.
