Remove links to recent posts at the header

    Hi, I love the template and would like to mimic the way the pinboard demo looks. However, there is this persistent link of recent posts that appears at the header and I can’t remove it.

    Also, I would like to remove the ‘leave a reply’ section at the bottom of the page, how should I go about doing it?

    There is this row of words:

    `You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <a href=”” title=””> <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>
    <blockquote cite=””> <cite> <del datetime=""> <em> <i> <q cite=""> <strike> <strong>

    at the bottom of the page that I can’t remove too.

    WHat I did was comment out this line in the page.php file

    <?php comments_template(); ?>

    Or you can just remove it…

    Sorry I should have said that procedure was to remove the “Leave a Reply” thingy..

    1. Under Appearance go to Widgets. Remove anything that is under the “Header” area.

    2. To remove the leave a reply thing just uncheck the Discussion boxes in the page options. Below is a link where you can see the discussion options on the right side.

    I tried the ” uncheck the Discussion boxes in the page ” and it did not work for me, this is why i used the other mentioned method..

    Thanks a lot for your advice! they were indeed very helpful! Solved my problems!

    Yeah, the discussion box wasn’t in the page option. I am not sure why. But I definitely managed to remove the widgets and the comments section from both inputs!
