Remove links for slider images | WordPress.org

Hello there,
This theme is really very good. I have a strange request though… is there any way to remove the <a href> tags associated with the slider images or put a simple ‘/#’ instead? I don’t want people to click on the sliders, just have the slides as a gallery.

@robbieeeee: Sorry Catch Kathmandu Free theme only have option to use Featured Post Slider or Featured Category Slider, which is created to highlight you post featured image in the slider. So, this will link back to your post.

You can only remove the link by building child theme and editing the function. OR you can simply upgrade to Catch Kathmandu Pro theme http://catchthemes.com/themes/catch-kathmandu-pro/ and user Featured Image Slider when you can upload independent image and optional link, title and content.
