Remove items on the WP Admin bar

Im having an issue here with the WP Admin menu and im hoping someone can shed some light on the problem and help me to fix it. I have a site that has been created by me for a customer at http://www.dsawempire.me. This site uses WP e-Commerce plugin to show the product page.When a user registers, their role is set to subcriber, this role does not allow them the correct privleges to create a new post from the WP Admin menu (the black bar across the top). So i decided to set the new user role to contributor (next step above subcriber) This step gives the user to many permissions. They are able to add new products.(Not a good thing). I have a link of a jpg showing the dropdown and the items i need to have removed.

If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great. I dont believe that a different theme is the answer simply because this plugin or theme does not reference this menu bar. this is a wordpress thing if im not mistaken.Im also open to suggestions as far as maybe removing the WP Admin bar all together and giving the user a different way of creating a post. Whatever is the easiest.
