[resolved] Remove Image Titles (5 posts)

    Hi, I'm trying to remove the titles to images for my photography website. WordPress doesn't offer an option to not have a title. It's really frustrating because it covers part of the picture. I've tried installing a plug-in to remove the titles and it didn't work, I've tried adding random bits of code that are supposed to solve it with no success. Any help would be much appreciated.

    You can probably do that using "display: none;" in the CSS for that element. Try using Firebug to locate the CSS selectors that you need to use -- or post a link to your site and someone can likely help you with the specifics.

    Try adding this to your CSS style.css file (preferably a custom CSS option or plug-in):

    #fancybox-title, .fancybox-title-over {
      display: none !important;
    }
