[resolved] Remove h1 entry-title from specific page (7 posts)

Hello, I know this has been rehashed over and over, but I am having no luck from the support forums I've browsed.

Here is the page on my site that I"m trying to fix: http://sparetime.instantcommunity.com/ (excuse the nastiness of it, it's still in the works.)

What I'd like to do is remove the space above that photo-slider, where a tag: <h1 class="entry-title"></h1> is hanging out, even though there's nothing inside of it.

I've tried removing it with a page-specific tag in the style.css folder and I've also attempted editing the page.php file (but I admit I'm not too .php savvy).

I only want this one removed, all the other ones can stay, I just need to get that lil slider to rest up at the top of the page. Client's orders.

Thanks in advance for the help, hope to get this resolved soon.

thanks. another thread said to use the hash before the page id and that didn't work.

if you don't mind my asking, is it possible to append this to any .css style for this page?

Append? This is a new rule that needs to be on it's own line in your theme's stylesheet.

I mean add .page-id-37 to, say, a .entry-content to change the padding specifically for the home page.

You should be able to use body.page-id-37 .entry-content, yes.
