[resolved] Remove copyright but not credit for Mon Cahier theme (3 posts)

    Hello,

    I am using the Mon Cahier theme and my website is http://www.oncallcopywriter.com

    I would like to remove the part at the bottom of all my pages where it says "2013 On-Call Copywriter." I am fine with giving credit to WordPress and Bluelime Media who created the theme; I just want to remove the copyright attached to my site. How do I do this?

    As a little background, I am new to this but slowly learning how to use the CSS Editor. I don't want to mess with the regular editor because it says updates will erase any changes. Thanks in advance for reading, any help is greatly appreciated.

  2. Hi Rachel,

    I think that the easiest thing to do would be to hide that entire section.
    You'll see that there's a class called site-info.

    I see that you are using jetpack and I think that jetpack comes with custom css feature? If so, I would try to use that and add the following:

    .site-info {
    display: none;
    }

    That will hide the whole row. I don't mind not having my company name there... It doesn't bother me in the least.
