Remove Category Menu

How do I remove the category menu for my website http://stlukes.netne.net/ ? It blocks off the top of the calendar page http://stlukes.netne.net/?cat=3 I’ve tried to figure it out by myself but when I delete the only category entry in the header.php file it moves all the body up into the header. I’m using the E-Wallet theme
