Remove bullet point appearing by title

Hi Bill,

Thanks for a great plugin.

Is there a way to remove the bullet point that appears in front of the title on the post? Here is a link to my site where you will see I have the Display Post set on the bottom left, http://www.shepolitan.com/sjtesting2/

Also, is there a way to have the title of the post larger and on its own line?
