Sure, you’d need to modify the footer.php file — but to do that, you should first create a child theme so that your changes won’t be deleted when the theme is updated.

Do you want to remove just the menu bar portion or more than that?
Thanks for your answer, I just want to remove the menu bar because it’s the same of the top one.

Are you using a Child Theme or Custom CSS plugin?
I use the Custom CSS plugin.

In the Custom CSS plugin, enter this;
#site-info {
display: none;
}
Thanks for the answers Andrew and WPYogi, let me know if you all need anything else!
Hi there,
Im using the Opulus Sombre and have a menu in my footer. Could anyone advise on how to remove this? http://www.hannahflannery.com
Thanks in advance,
Hannah
@hannahflannery – you need to ask on the forum for the theme you are using – here:
