    if you know how to use css,

    p.form-submit, p.form-allowed-tags {
        display: none;
    }

    if you haven't used css, just put this at the very end of style.css, located under appearance/editor.

    You will need to add the code below to the bottom of your style sheet for your theme.

    .form-allowed-tags {display:none;}

    oops, too much code. Try this:

    p.form-allowed-tags {
        display: none;
    }

    Also check out firebug or another dev tool like it. It's how I found your code.
