Have just installed wordpress 2.8 on own hosting service
Have enabled the remote publishing on Writing page
Error message is:
We weren't able to connect to the remote publishing interface.
Where do I find this information in order to provide it to the third party software?
Can anybody help?

maybe your server doesn't have XML-RPC. it must to be installed, if you're using shared hosting-you cannot do that, need VPS or dedicated server to install php/apache modules
