Remote Posting Errors

I’m trying to post to WP3.8 from both Word 2013 and the latest version of Live Writer. Both are throwing essentially the same error.
FROM WRITER:

Error Connecting to Blog
---------------------------
An error occurred while attempting to connect to your blog:

Invalid Server Response - The response to the blogger.getUsersBlogs method received from the blog server was invalid:

Invalid response document returned from XmlRpc server

FROM WORD

Word cannot register your account. The provider where you are trying to publish is unavailable.

From my research it seems this error used to be fixed by turning on remote publishing in Settings – Writing. But in recent versions of WordPress this has been turned on by default and the setting is gone.

The site is http://www.dawabi.com. The blog is http://www.dawabi.com/blog. I’ve tried both addresses when entering in the information for Writer and Word to connect. Both throw the same errors.

Any ideas??
