    hi guys,
i managed to download my whole blog from the server just before they removed my account. and i've got a new blog up on another domain, i want to reload my previous posts into this new server, but i can't seem to figure it out, i did not do a backup previously so i do not have the wxr file, all i have are the wp-content folders.
can someone advise as to how i can reload my old posts into this new blog?
thank you, any help will be very much appreciated.

If you don't have the wxr file or a database backup then you probably have NO posts.

The wp-content folder might contain your themes, plugins, and uploads but not your posts. Now if you were using the WordPress Database Backup plugin you might have a backup in the wp-contents folder (usually something like wp-content/backupxxxx)

Might look at this thread for getting posts from cache(s)
