Just a quick note for those that missed it before, Update Manager has now moved out of beta & is stable and safe for all.
Update Manager saves you time by checking wp-plugins.net for updated versions of your installed plugins. A notification and download link is shown for all plugins which have been upgraded. No more searching!
Plans for the future include cron-scheduled email & RSS notifications so you don't even have to login to find out.
