   Hi,

   I have a wordpress site that I want to relaunch, I don't want to delete any posts, but i would like the front page to only show up posts AFTER the relaunch (the old content would be searchable - but not on the main page).

   Is there a plugin or a way to do this?

   Use this:

   http://coffee2code.com/wp-plugins/custom-post-limits/

   set the number for the front page to however many posts are new. eventually you will reach the point where you are happy with the number and you wont need the plugin (maybe) and you can just use the wordpress setting (ie, you have 30 new posts, but only display 5 on ALL the pages, so you wouldnt need that plugin)
