I am trying to figure out how to set up a local install of wordpress on my local network. The install worked fine and navigation within the website works fine on the local webserver, however when trying to link to it from a seperate computer on the network only the main page presents(has issues)to the client and any subsequent link fails. The issue with the mainpage is all the graphic and css links are broken, see below

What the webserver does is passes the http://localhost/xxxx back to the client. This obviosly does not work. What I need to know is how to set up a link setup so that when the link is selected it is a relative link vs a complete URL... or is there a better way?

WebServer is 192.168.3.2 - Linux Server
    Client is 192.168.3.3 - Vista

Eventually I plan to port forward my router so I can access the site from the web, I am not really worried about a unique domain name as this is a test environment for a project proposal at work.
