Related Posts Thumbnails plugin not showing the thumbnail images?

Hey everyone, I did run a search but I couldn’t find anything on it. I installed the related posts thumbnail plugin last week, it works but it wont show the images in the thumbnails? I have an example of my post here (the related posts thumbs are at the end of the post at the bottom) and you can see there are no images in them? Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks so much!
