I don't know if this is the right spot to ask this question, but here goes.
I'm using a theme (Triton Pro) and it features a non-widget "Related Posts" area at the bottom of the page.
I simply want it to show 4 or 5 related posts instead of 3, however, when I change:
'showposts' =>5
...it still only shows 3.
I've tried to compare this code to similar codes and find the difference or something that was missed... for several hours and I can't figure it out.

The related posts feature can be observed at the bottom of any individual post page.
