I’m experiencing an error that I can see the related posts if I’m logged in, but they don’t show up in an incognito window, or anywhere that I am not signed in.

I just visited your site and see several pages with Related Posts and a few without. You’ll have to investigate why certain pages don’t have related posts. Perhaps a conflicting theme or plugin?
