Registration Form Fields not showing up in Admin Area

    Hi in more than one of my wordpress instalations I have installed WPAffiliate and I notice I dont see any Form Fields for in the AFFILIATE REGISTRATION tap Under Settings.

    I’ve tried to find the archive through ftp that displays the Fields in the Affiliate Registration form but to No Avail.

    Please advice.
