Registration emails not being sent

When a new user registers for my website (www.thefreecollective.org), no email is sent to the user. I receive a new user notification, and they successfully register, however they are not getting the password in their email. I checked my email logs from cpanel, and they are going through there. Users receive email if they have lost their password however. I have tried many other solutions, but the problem still exists. I have WP security installed, but the solutions associated with that have not worked either.
