[resolved] Registration closing mysteriously (8 posts)

    I'm just getting started using Events Manager, and really like what I see. However, when I add a new event, I'm noticing that as soon as I sign up for it (I'm testing the plugin at this point), the event then closes, no matter how many spaces are still open. Why is this? I'm certain I'm simply doing something wrong. Can someone help?

    can I know what error message do you get or do you have a sample link? because Im getting a similar problem awhile ago and wanted to know if we have the same issue? e.g. how did you create an event?

    additionally if you could paste a screenshot of your booking settings for that event it may help determine what's going wrong. Chances are it's a combination of settings closing the event.

    I'm not sure how to include a screenshot in this post. The settings for this particular event indicate that the event is open, that bookings will cut off on 11/29, that there are still 19 spaces available.

    What I've done is to create this sample event and register for it while logged into WordPress. Then, I log out and check the event as a guest. That's when it shows that the event is closed. When I log back in, it shows that I've already registered for that event. There is no one else testing the event, and there are still plenty of spaces left open.

    you can use image sharing sites; also, have you check booking cut-off date when editing events?

    thanks but not helpful as I can't see the settings that may trigger this problem.

    try sharing with an external service e.g. http://tinypic.com/ or even flickr or picasa.

    looks ok to me, but what about the date further down i.e. the booking cut-off date? I don't see that in the screenshot.

    Also, what about if you try viewing it with another registered user, does the booking form show up then?
